IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please read the information on this page, as it is important to keep you and everyone at the clinic safe.

Ahead of your appointment

Before you make an appointment, it is important that you read the information below. Please bear with us – this is aimed at keeping you and everyone else at the clinic safe.

  • Please do not book an appointment if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (For more information on the symptoms of COVID-19 please see the NHS website here.) now or in the last 7 days.

  • If you have an appointment booked with us and develop symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, please contact us immediately, where we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date at no extra cost.

 Clients and our practitioners will not be allowed face to face appointments if:

  • They have confirmed or suspected COVID-19 or

  • They have or have had symptoms of cold or flu like symptoms in the last 7 days .

     

Booking an appointment

All appointment bookings will be made either online, via email or via telephone, and we will require payment in advance.

After you have made your booking & attendance

Once you have made your booking, you will receive an email to inform you of the procedures in place and safety measures which we have implemented for clients and therapists, so you know what to expect.

Practitioners & PPE

  • All practitioners will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with the PHE guidelines: masks, disposable blouse/apron and gloves as deemed appropriate.

     

Distancing measures taken at the clinic

  • Please arrive on time at your appointment; If you arrive too early, you may have to wait outside the clinic.

  • Treatment sessions will be spaced out with staggered times to avoid contact with other patients and to allow cleaning/disinfecting.

     

What to bring and do before arriving at the clinic

  • Please arrive wearing your personal mask or face-covering before entering the clinic. This is as per government guidelines.

On arrival and within the clinic

  • Your practitioner will greet you at the reception door at the time of your appointment if your appointment is at a time when there’s no receptionist on-site.

  • Please wash your hands as soon as you enter the clinic with your personal hand sanitiser or with the one provided at the reception.

  • Respect the 2 metres distance between other clients where possible.

High standard of hygiene at the clinic – the cleaning protocol

  • The entire clinic will be deep cleaned daily.

  • Practitioners will clean and disinfect in-between use: the treatment couch, chairs, floors and all touch points/ hard surfaces.

  • All toweling will be changed and washed at a high temperature after each client.

  • Practitioners will be wearing a face mask, single-use apron and gloves and will wash hands prior to and after the sessions.

  • The clinic toilet will be disinfected regularly throughout the day.

  • Aeration of the rooms will be increased.
