Giorgia is a fully qualified massage therapist who has always been passionate about helping people. She qualified in Massage therapy in 2019 from the Richdales Institute In London; after which she decided to expand her understanding of the human body by studying osteopathy, at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She believes that every individual has their own way of responding to physical, psychological and environmental stressors, therefore she takes a holistic approach to treatment to stimulate a positive healing response, that is naturally present within your body.
Giorgia specialises in Deep Tissue massage, a manual therapy that involves soft tissue manipulation of muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.
Massage not only affects the musculoskeletal system, but it also influences the circulatory system and the nervous system, to induce relaxation, relief of pain and enhance overall physical healing.
