Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics. All items and purchases are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Pre-paid treatments are valid for the time periods specified below:

Body Treatments: Course – 12 months

Skin Treatments: Course – 12 months

Gift Vouchers: Any Purchase – 12 months
