Emilija brings over 8 years of experience in physiotherapy, having trained and practiced across Lithuania, Malta, and London. She has worked in the NHS and a prestigious orthopaedic hospital in London, where she developed expertise in musculoskeletal (MSK) and orthopaedic care.
She specialises in treating low back, neck, and shoulder pain, repetitive strain injuries, running injuries, and post-surgical recovery, including knee, hip, and shoulder replacements, lumbar fusions, discectomies, and ACL reconstructions. Emilija takes a holistic approach, combining manual therapy, therapeutic massage, evidence-based exercise programs, ergonomic advice, and Pilates-based rehabilitation. She is also trained in dry needling, a technique used to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore function.
Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or exploring alternatives to surgery or steroid injections, Emilija provides a thorough assessment, a clear explanation of your condition, and a structured treatment plan tailored to your needs. Her empowering and positive approach ensures you feel supported throughout your recovery, helping you regain confidence in your body and achieve a pain-free, active life.
