Valentyna graduated with a Master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy (UCO) in London. Whilst she was studying to become an Osteopath, Valentyna qualified as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist (Level 5). She is accredited by The Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (IRSM).
Valentyna is an enthusiastic and friendly practitioner with experience in treating a wide range of patients from the elderly, expectant mothers and chronic pain patients. She incorporates a structural and hands-on approach to treatment, combining a wide range of targeted techniques and rehabilitation advice. This is to maintain and empower the patient towards pain free movement. This approach is of the holistic ideology which aims to treat the body as a whole, by identifying areas of concern and highlighting predisposing factors to regain optimal function.
Valentyna is passionate about wellness of the mind and body, she enjoys reading books and listening to podcasts on wellness and implements this in her lifestyle. This is through her regular meditation practice, healthy eating and positive thinking. She also enjoys training at the gym, and understands the importance of keeping fit and active, which fuels her passion for travelling.
She is also qualified in dry needling and takes a proactive approach towards her professional growth by attending CPD courses and team work.
